| hey, As cliche as this sounds, art is my passion. Sometimes when i exhibit my work at school, my friends ask me why I did not enroll myself into the IB Art course. This is the answer i give. "Art is my passion, i would never like to bind it with deadlines and instructions, it's what i turn to when i want a break from the world." When i was a little girl i used to spend hours wiht my grandma in her art studio. She introduced me to the beauty of creation. I immediately understood what she was saying when for the first time i took a paint brush and allowed my hand to dance all over the white canvas and almost immediately i was lost. It was like i was in this serene, peaceful world of my own and it was just me and the paints and the canvas. For a 4 year old i might have not really made a masterpiece but i sure found my ultimate passion. Art. The power to create is the greatest ever. My biggest inspiration is God and the artist that he is, to have created this universe and it's diversity of colour. |
